Our group got up later than usual, and later than expected. However, we all got ready and headed towards the market. Here we found dozens of small shops and stands that sold everything from pocket watches to the most adorable (and fairly affordable) dresses. I also found a really adorable bunny cardigan that I wish I had bought. Oh well, hopefully I'll run into something similar in a later country.

After browsing through the market and stopping for a quick lunch, our group headed back to the house rather early to get properly dressed for the exciting night ahead. No, we weren't going clubbing, but instead we were going to watch Les Miserables in the Queen's Theater! Before going to see the show, we stopped by a slightly disappointing Chinese buffet (maybe it was disappointing because I know proper Chinese food) in what could be described as an English China town. We also stopped by a really snooty and expensive cafe/bakery and got really expensive dessert. Although our dinner situation was not ideal, the musical made everything worth it. The performers were extremely talented and the story was beautifully told.

Look, it's us in the Queen's Theater!
After going back home with I Dreamed a Dream and On My Own stuck in our heads, we were all greeted by a rather unpleasant guest. While I was calming putting away my stuff in my room, I heard screams of bloody murder coming from downstairs. Thankfully, it wasn't an intruder, but it's almost as awful. Take a look.

This spider was HUUUUUUGE. Thankfully, Nick, our manly man of the group, armed himself with a plastic chair and slayed the beast. It is done. After one of the largest scares of our life, we all calmed down slightly...enough to go to bed at least.
